How do I submit my gait video and footprint?

Wet the soles of your bare feet, stand naturally on two pieces of brown packing paper or heavy construction paper for a few seconds, then step off. Photograph the wet impressions top-down before they dry. This captures your arch shape and weight distribution without any special equipment.
