The services offered through Of All the Walk-Ins are pedorthic in nature — not medical. We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, or medical devices as defined by the FDA. What we offer is the application of years of professional pedorthic training and hands-on experience to evaluate your gait, foot structure, and footwear needs, and to recommend appropriate supportive products. If you have a condition requiring medical diagnosis or treatment, please consult a licensed physician or podiatrist. Pedorthic care works best as a complement to — not a replacement for — medical care.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We stand behind every pair of OTC arch supports we fit. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase in full.
Trial Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether the arch supports are right for you. Wear them, walk in them, and give them a fair chance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Condition of Return
Items must be returned in original condition. Products that are damaged, heavily soiled, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Consultation Fee
The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable. It covers the professional pedorthic assessment service, which is delivered regardless of whether you proceed with a product purchase.
