After purchase, you'll receive an email with simple instructions: film a short walking video, capture a DIY water foot impression at home, and photograph your current shoe insoles. Reply to that email with your files and I'll review everything on my own time — then send back a detailed, personalised care plan covering support, footwear, and next steps.
